Joe has been in the cannabis space since 2012. He has specialized in sales management and has broad experience in managing seed-to-sale facilities in the Southern California cannabis market.

Joe aids startups, manages compliant grows, walks businesses and customers through the intricate permit application process and creates their branding opportunities. Joe understands that no single approach is the right one for every individual, so he’s experienced and trained in a range of modalities including, outdoor grows, greenhouse and warehouse grows. That includes organic, light deep and hydroponic systems.

Joe has helped manage facilities from startups, to grows and through retail sales. Joe also has experience in operations, sales and marketing for medical device and supply sales, contracting with health plans.
