Bill Sutman
Bill is a seasoned finance and operations executive with responsibilities in multi-national companies and startups. He has extensive experience in Media/Entertainment, as well as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, integrations and turnarounds. He was most recently EVP, CFO & Treasurer for TEN: The Enthusiast Network, the worlds largest automotive and action sports network of enthusiast brands. Bill’s responsibilities included Accounting, Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Ops, Risk Management, Real Estate and Tax until the company’s sale to Discovery Communications.
Bill previously served in a series of financial positions with NBC Universal, a division of General Electric, and its predecessor companies Vivendi and Seagrams. He was EVP & CFO for the Media Works, Production Ops and IT. Bill led the execution of Universal’s Film Securitization financing and integration with NBC. Prior to that he served as Vivendi/Universal’s EVP Finance TV and Film Divisions. Bill joined Joseph E. Seagram & Sons as Director, European Treasury Ops and VP, Internal Audit. Bill started his professional career in the NY office of Price Waterhouse.
Bill received his BS in Business and Economics from Lehigh University and is a CPA.
