Carlos Dew is the definition of a mogul in the Cannabis industry. As CEO of superbad inc., his diverse portfolio of business and Investments includes cannabis, beverage, nutraceuticals, cultivation, manufacturing, distribution, wellness, technology, blockchain, media, telecommunication, marketing (SEO) and promotions.

A quiet storm of endeavors, he’s phenomenal when it comes to a cutting edge and ahead of the curve. He strives for innovation as the new sensation of Intelligence spear heading and thinking towards the future. 

Mr. Dew has been advising and mentoring young athletes for almost 20 years. He attended Long Beach State, where he studied Criminal Justice and played basketball from 1990 to 1993. His knowledge of the game and ability to relate to young men from difficult backgrounds with big dreams earned the trust and confidence of athletes, parents, personnel executives and coaches alike. Carlos assisted players with often over whelming transition from student-athlete to professional player by helping create business and financial plans that were designed to last long after their careers were over. 

He has helped over 50 plus players reach their NBA & NFL dreams. Carlos was President of Impact Sports, he lead its clientele development efforts and coordinated pre-draft and off-season training. Proudly, mentored from child hood to adult, in 2009 James Harden of Oklahoma City Thunder, drafted in Round: 1 Pick: 3 and currently plays for Houston Rockets and was MVP of NBA (2018)
