Chris Kai from Southern California, has been working with the entire Vertical team since 2016. Chris is in charge of campus production assessment and operations. Working across the various departments of the Needles campus, Chris oversees operations for campus grows, both present and future. Working with cannabis is a dream for Chris as he sees it as a passion/ life experience even more than a career. Having worked in management previously, Chris effectively incorporates the structure necessary to operate in a corporate cannabis company. If he could be any animal, Chris would be a chameleon because they are always having to adapt to different situations, something he feels he resonates with.
