Let’s put cannabis legalization into perspective, geographically.

The map below represents current states that have legalized cannabis either fully or partially.

While most states on the map have legalized cannabis at least in some capacity, there are a few that haven't legalized in any way. This shows the immense progress we have made as country as we navigate the road to a country-wide fully legal status.

The map below represents current states which have legalized cannabis completely for both medical and recreational use.

In terms of legalization for both medicinal and recreational uses, we, as a country still have some work to do to become completely legal. This map shows a more accurate representation of where we are in terms of utilizing the full potential of the marijuana plant to its fullest. It wasn't long ago that there weren't hardly any states on the map that allowed the use of cannabis in any way so things are definitely headed in the right direction. Vertical believes that education on all topics surrounding cannabis, tireless quality control of products, and following regulations will help dispel any remaining stigmas, while providing products people can trust through brands they enjoy.
