Laci Hedrick from Needles, California joined the Vertical needles team on February 18, 2020. Cannabis has always been a passion of Laci’s, and having the opportunity to help people through cannabis is something Laci finds extremely rewarding, especially after having worked with the plants day to day. Laci has over 10 years of cannabis harvesting experience, as well as cultivation, lab, and dispensary experience. Laci’s days on the Needles campus are split. On Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, she manages harvests in either grow building, and Tuesdays/Thursdays she helps with track and trace. She oversees the weighing of plants as they are entered into metric. Once weighed, they are transferred to the bucking room, and later the dry room. Laci helps with the veg department and ordering/transplanting clone cannabis plants. Laci makes sure every plant has a place in the flower rooms. If she could be any animal, Laci would be a leopard because she loves leopard print.
